Vision:
Tamaso Ma Jyotirgamaya. “From darkness, lead me to light” is shown in our college logo. The vision of Bhangar Mahavidyalaya is to provide higher education to its students and thereby building human values, morality and true knowledge bringing within its educational ambit the youth of the locality. Our college is providing education to overall first generation learners. Our college carters to minority community, SC, ST and OBC students of economically weak background. It is a Centre of higher education to large number of girls students too, providing alongside computer literacy proving multidisciplinary quality education to all the stakeholders within her ambit.

To provide opportunities for all round development of the local Youth irrespective of religions, races, caste and gender, with an eye to the sustainable development of the college & locality thereby creating effective Human Resource for the development of Nation.
The college also aims to provide a high standard of higher education including multi-disciplinary courses to all the students which is conducive to systematic and comprehensive growth and personality development.
The College helps to develop Value based mind-set through value education, intellectual perception, socio economic political sensitivity and health awareness through different participatory programmes which go beyond stipulated/ designated syllabi.
The college also plays a vital part to help them grow professionally fit for the job market and to create effective Human Resource for the development of the Nation.
